Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns from ideation to implementation across digital and offline channels.
- Research and analyze market trends, customer demographics, competitor activity, and pricing to build data-driven marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with senior management on campaign metrics, performance reviews, and strategy brainstorming.
- Extract insights and prepare analytics reports across platforms to inform future campaign planning and go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing performance and KPIs, including lead generation, customer retention, and LTV.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
- Oversee the creative development of promotional content including website copy, advertisements, and social media materials.
- Experiment with and manage multiple marketing channels, both organic and paid such as content creation, PPC, social media, events, and lead generation.
- Drive brand visibility through tie-ups, promotional activities, and event marketing.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand ethos.
