
As the Hospitality Business Manager, you are the "Revenue Consultant" for hotel groups and resorts. You will lead the charge in displacing outdated, static pricing models with our AI-driven system, proving how a 15-25% bottom-line lift dwarfs the cost of implementation.
Key Responsibilities :
The Strategic Pitch : Lead high-level discovery to understand a client's current RevPAR, occupancy trends, and "left-on-the-table" revenue.
Consultative Demos : Showcase the platform's ability to automate yield management, emphasizing ease of use compared to legacy RMS.
TCO & ROI Analysis : Build and present financial models comparing our SaaS (low infrastructure, high automation) against the "Total Cost" of manual pricing teams or clunky on-premise competitors.
Pod Leadership : Guide BDRs/Inside Sales to target "High-Yield" prospects and ensure the pipeline is healthy.
Product Customization : Act as the bridge to the Product team to ensure specific hospitality constraints (e.g., minimum stay, group booking logic) are reflected in the solution.
