Vice President - NI Fulfilment
Location : Mumbai
Overview : We are seeking a National Fulfillment Manager to join our NI Business team. This role creates operational added value through the efficient use of tools and resources in the New Installations (NI) Fulfillment & Efficiency processes establishing actions to close capacity gaps on KG level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with NI Business Head, Field Operations Head, and Technical Head to define the country level fulfilment strategy to achieve targets in fulfilment, safety, quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction Coordinate and ensure that the Group Fulfillment processes (FF+), and key initiatives get thoroughly implemented and maintained by assuring that all involved stakeholders are well trained.
- Lead Fulfilment and delivery of projects PAN India in close coordination with the project team and manage customer expectations.
- Collaborate in the Budgeting Process regarding efficiency targets. Conduct operational analysis of results and deviations (Country and Branch level) and establish actions to close variances.
- Perform pre/post gap analysis and assist the Branches in taking appropriate corrective actions (incl. process training).
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, providing mentorship and guidance to team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge, and ensuring continuous professional development.
- Actively manage, develop and coach staff to meet objectives with quality, productivity, efficiency and customer orientation
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics), MBA preferred
- Professional Experience : Desired experience in leading installation of volume business and large projects for overall 12 - 15 years and preferably 3-5 years in E&E industry
