Job Title : Business Excellence

Job Summary:
- As the Business Excellence Manager in the Existing Installation Sales department at Schindler Elevators, you will play a crucial role in enhancing overall management, driving process improvements, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional support.
- This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing Maintenance processes, researching the market landscape, and implementing strategies to optimize the performance of the service team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics tools to assess the performance of maintenance processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Generate reports and present findings to senior management, providing recommendations for improvement within Maintenance processes and Tools.
- Lead and facilitate process improvement initiatives within the department to streamline sales processes and enhance customer experience.
Project Management:
- Project management for regular CAPEX initiatives and effective spare parts management, with a strong focus on digital transformation.
- Collaborate closely with various departments, including Sales, Finance, and Customer Service, to understand their needs and ensure alignment with the overall business objectives.
Training and Development:
- Be a part of the team than designs and implements comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the Frontline teams
- Map out development journeys for frontline teams, ensuring alignment with career progression and business goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Existing Installation team through training, awareness programs, and recognition of achievements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business process improvement and quality management, preferably within a process transformation.
- Strong project management skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
