- At Schbang, we're looking for a Creative Lead (Copy Supervisor) who brings bold thinking, storytelling finesse, and team leadership into one dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and conceptualize award-winning creative campaigns across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle categories for digital platforms (Meta, YouTube, Google Display, OTT, etc.
- Manage and mentor a team of copywriters and creative professionals across a group of brand accounts.
- Collaborate closely with business development teams to craft and present compelling pitches and strategies to convert prospects into clients.
- Guide the creative direction of brand campaigns - from insight to execution - ensuring every piece of content is on-brief, on-brand, and high-impact.
- Drive creative excellence through brainstorming, conceptual development, and detailed copy supervision.
- Assist with account mining, exploring opportunities to expand and deepen existing client relationships through creative innovation.
- Develop and manage workflows, ensuring smooth and timely delivery across multiple accounts and projects.
- Run internal upskilling sessions to develop junior writers and creative team members.
Participate in large-scale campaign planning and cross-functional collaboration with strategy, design, and media teams.
Lead client presentations, maintain senior stakeholder relationships, and inspire client confidence through creativity and clarity.
Skills & Qualifications.
- 4+ years of copywriting and creative strategy experience, specifically for digital advertising campaigns.
- Prior experience working with reputed advertising or creative agencies is a must.
- Proven track record of developing campaigns for fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and haircare brands.
- Strong storytelling and strategic thinking skills with a pulse on pop culture, digital trends, and societal narratives.
- Experience leading creative teams and setting clear goals that align with business and brand objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Keynote).
- Passion for developing high-performing teams and nurturing creative talent.
