About Us:

- Schaltbau India is a growing force in the Electric Vehicle (EV) and industrial solutions space.

- We're expanding our Product Management & Business Development team to build cutting-edge solutions and shape the future of mobility and energy systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Sales team to provide technical support and product customization.

- Identify and develop new applications within target market segments alongside Sales.

- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform product strategy.

- Create product roadmaps for multiple product groups under Schaltbau.

- Work closely with the R&D team to finalize specifications of target products.

- Drive new product launches and ensure successful go-to-market execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

- Experience: 5-8 years, preferably in the Automobile/EV industry

- Strong understanding of power electronics, switchgear, and connectors

- Familiarity with commercial elements including product cost, lifecycle costing, tendering, and liquidity management

Skills Required:

- Deep knowledge of switchgear products and connectors (mandatory)

- Sound understanding of power electronics and related EV components

- Excellent grasp of commercial acumen in product development

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, and leadership teams
