About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our Travel and Cards business. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs deeply, translating insights into product strategy, and driving execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role requires someone who thrives on ownership, can think strategically, and is equally comfortable diving into the details.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer-Centric Product Development: Leverage consumer insights and behavioral data to identify opportunities, solve pain points, and design delightful experiences across travel and card products.

- Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

- Execution & Delivery: Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, operations, and other stakeholders to take products from concept to launch and beyond.

- Structured Problem Solving: Break down complex problems into simple, logical frameworks that enable effective decision-making.

- Cross-Functional Leadership: Align and influence multiple teams to deliver outcomes at speed and scale.

- Ownership & Accountability: Take end-to-end responsibility for product success, from ideation to adoption, ensuring measurable impact.

What We're Looking For

- Experience: 4+ years in product management, preferably in consumer internet, fintech, travel, or payments.

- Consumer Focus: Strong ability to derive insights from customer behaviour, data, and research.

- Analytical & Structured: Comfortable going deep into data, problem statements, and execution details.

- Collaboration: Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.

- Ownership Mindset: High sense of responsibility and ability to drive initiatives independently.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders.
