Holidays Supply & Operations Lead
The Holidays Supply & Operations Lead will be responsible for owning the supply side of the Holidays business - ensuring the right partnerships, packaging, contracting, and flawless post-sales operations.
This is a high-ownership role where you will:
- Finalize suppliers (DMCs, hotels, on-ground partners).
- Negotiate commercials and secure the best value.
- Build scalable contracting frameworks and supplier pipelines.
- Ensure smooth trip execution through strong post-sales and on-ground coordination.
-You will work closely with the Category Manager - Holidays (who owns strategy, brand, P&L, and GTM) and the Sales team (who convert high-intent leads), to deliver best-in-class curated journeys at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Contracting & Partner Management:
- Identify and onboard high-quality DMCs, boutique operators, accommodation partners, and activity providers.
- Negotiate contracts, commercials, and marketing support to optimize margins.
- Build long-term partnerships with tourism boards and suppliers to secure unique access and exclusivity.
Product Packaging & Development:
- Collaborate with Category Manager to translate strategy into supplier-backed itineraries.
- Package inclusions, logistics, and pricing in line with Scapia's brand promise.
- Ensure balance between customer appeal, operational feasibility, and profitability.
Post-Sales & Operations:
- Own the end-to-end operations post-sales: handover from Sales - confirmations - documentation - supplier coordination - trip execution.
- Monitor service delivery and intervene to resolve on-ground issues in real time.
- Drive standard operating procedures for smooth customer experience.
Supplier Ecosystem Building:
- Build scalable frameworks for supplier performance evaluation.
- Maintain an updated supplier database with contracts, commercials, and SLA terms.
- Constantly scout new destinations, suppliers, and experiences to feed the Holidays pipeline.
Experience & Background:
- 4-8 years in travel contracting, operations, or supplier management with an OTA, DMC, or experiential travel company.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating supplier contracts and managing post-sales operations.
- Strong understanding of international & domestic DMC networks, accommodation contracting, and activity providers.
- Exposure to high-touch, premium customer segments preferred.

- Ability to set up scalable SOPs for operations.
- Collaboration & People Skills - Works seamlessly with Category, Sales, and Customer Experience teams.
- Strong relationship-builder with suppliers, balancing firmness and long-term trust.
- Excellent communicator across cultures and geographies.
