- As a part of the Growth - CRM team, you'll take end-to-end ownership of campaigns across Off-App channels of Scapia.
- You'll work closely with marketing, design product, and analytics teams to craft communications that not only drive engagement but also deepen their experience with Scapia.
- This role is ideal for someone who's analytical, user-obsessed, and eager to drive real impact through personalised experiences.
User Journeys:
- Understand how travelers move from search to booking to post-trip-and how CRM can make that journey smoother and more personal.
- Own CRM strategies for different user segments based on behavior, preferences, and product milestones.
- Identify friction points and proactively design journeys that nudge users forward.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Take campaigns from idea to execution across push, email, and other off-app channels that actually drive travel.
- Segment users, shape impactful copy and design, and bring campaigns to life across CRM touchpoints.
- Experimentation & Optimization
- Run A/B tests across CRM channels-form hypotheses, build variants, and track key metrics like opens, clicks, and conversions.
- Learn to iterate fast and continuously improve what we say, when we say it, and how it lands.
