We are looking for a talented individual to manage the Credit Card Business Ops.

Responsibilities

- Manage Credit Card Business Ops with a sound understanding of customer needs, work closely with the product and technology stake holders to streamline processes.

- Exposure to manage multiple partners in the Credit Card eco system i.e. Banking Partners, Bureaus, Perso Vendors, Technology Partners.

Profile

- From a reputed B school / Engineering institute and have a passion for tech enabled businesses.

- Highly analytical and data driven.

- Have a natural flair for communication, networking and building relationships with decision makers.

- 8-10 years of work experience in a challenging environment where you have had hands on exposure to the above areas and delivered.

- Past experience in category management, Sourcing, Building and Managing relationships with vendors in a tech enabled environment.

- Have a keen interest in the evolving digital fintech landscape in India and the globe
