Required work experience - 4 to 7 Years Experience (2+Years in Team Handling)
Job Type - Full-time/ Permanent
Location - Gurugram, Haryana
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of inside sales executives, driving them to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Track team performance and implement coaching interventions where needed.
- Monitor sales KPIs and generate daily/weekly reports for leadership review.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Ops teams to improve funnel efficiency.
- Create a performance-driven culture and ensure continuous skill development within the team.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes including pitch, negotiation, and closures.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in EdTech sales and 2+ years of team handling experience in ED-TECH.
- Proven ability to manage, mentor, and lead a team of high-performing sales professionals.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Willingness to work from our Gurugram office (WFO).
