Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective measures to ensure goal attainment.
- Drive end-to-end sales activities including lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
- Provide regular coaching, performance evaluations, and training as needed.
- Foster a collaborative team environment focused on success and accountability.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from inquiry to post-sales support.
- Address client queries, concerns, and follow-ups promptly and professionally.
Market Research & Business Development:
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Identify and target new market segments to expand business reach.
- Work closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare and share regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue projections.
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems and ensure data integrity.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong expertise in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Target Achievement.
- Proven ability in managing and nurturing client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience in team leadership, mentoring, and performance management.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in market research and trend analysis.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- Prior experience working with real estate developers or real estate consulting firms.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
