Designation : Zonal Training Manager

Location : Delhi - North

- Conduct various types of trainings for the assigned territory/ vertical such as Product Process Trainings, Functional Trainings, PIP Trainings, Induction and other Onboarding Trainings etc.

- LMS Completion Drive for the assigned verticals/ BU

- Training Execution and Management for the assigned verticals/ BU

- Organizing TTT programs from Business teams on launch of new products/processes

- Conducting TNI/TNA for concerned businesses

- Engaging with Zonal Business Leaders and ensure complete alignment of training and business goals

- Managing a team of trainers in the zone to ensure achievement of training objectives for the geography

- Ensuring teams alignment and compliance with organizational processes and other regulatory requirements
