Roles & Responsibilities:

- Establishing & implementing strategies, enhancing business volumes, identifying current & future customer & market requirements, tracking profitability

- Providing liquidity by being present on the buy and sell sides of the market

- Providing depth to the asset's market

- Playing a critical role in establishing an ETF market-making desk & increasing the overall business.

- Steer the risk and cashflow processes for executing trades in ETFs and Bonds

- Collaborate with various teams to explain to the requirements of stock and funds for the settlement processes

- Explore the opportunities for expansion of the business by coordinating with different internal and external stakeholders - business leaders, technology vendors, depository participants and AMCs

Key Competencies:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Expertise in using trading platforms like Bloomberg and execution terminals

- Skill in negotiating deals that benefit both clients and the firm.

- Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with institutional clients.

- The ability to conduct thorough market research to identify trends.
