- Build and expand strategic partnerships and distribution networks.
- Increase customer lifetime value (LTV) through cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
- Establish a high-performance sales culture with strong execution rigor.
Digital Growth, AI & Transformation
- Spearhead digital business growth across customer journeys, onboarding and engagement.
- Drive end-to-end digital transformation to enhance scalability, efficiency and user experience.
- Leverage AI, data analytics and automation to enable predictive decision-making, personalization, and performance optimization.
- Optimize conversion funnels, CAC and channel mix efficiency using data-driven insights.
- Partner with technology teams to build scalable, secure and high-performing digital platforms.
Institutional Broking
- Lead and expand Institutional Broking business.
- Institutional Trades and Market maker line of business.
- Strengthen client relationships through research-led engagement and differentiated advisory.
- Collaborate with research and sales trading teams to enhance client coverage and revenue generation.
- Ensure robust governance, compliance, and risk management across institutional operations.
Customer Experience & Market Leadership
- Champion a customer-first approach across all touchpoints.
- Improve customer engagement, retention and satisfaction metrics.

- Lead product innovation and differentiation to stay competitive.
