Senior Manager/AVP - Information Security (CISO) JD : SBI-SG Global Securities is a joint venture between State Bank of India and Societe General and we are on the lookout for a Senior Manager/AVP Information Security. The job responsibilities are as under: 1. Demonstrated experience in identifying, assessing, and reducing cybersecurity risks, respond to incidents, establish appropriate standards and controls, and direct the establishment and implementation of processes and procedures as per the cybersecurity and cyber resilience policy approved by the Board. 2. To establish a reporting procedure to facilitate communication of cybersecurity incidents/ unusual activities to Designated Officer in a time-bound manner as defined by guidelines/ policies/ laws/ circulars/ regulations, etc. issued by SEBI or GoI. 3. Understanding of regulator requirements SEBI, NSDL, CDSL, RBI etc. along with implementation experience. CSCRF would be added advantage 4. CISO will be responsible for bringing to the notice of the top management about the vulnerabilities and cyber security risk organization is exposed to on a timely manner and propose remediation plans. Establish and manage governance with senior stakeholders in the firm with accurate documentation. 5. CISO's office shall manage and monitor SOC and drive cyber security related projects, develop cyber security KRIs and KPIs and get an independent assessment of the same including its coverage periodically. 6. Coordinating all matters related to security internally and externally while providing regular reports to the head of the organization, Including: - Assessing the adequacy of controls. - Assessment of the maturity and effectiveness of the security program. - To analyze incidents in order to prevent their recurrence. - To report information about security incidents to regulatory bodies. 7. The above list is not comprehensive and may include any other responsibilities which may come up due to change in regulation. 8. Oversees effective implementation of Cybersecurity policies . - Acts as a representative of the company on Cybersecurity matters. 9. Mandatory Certification CISA. 10. Good to have CISSP, ISO27001 LA.
