- Activities Management - Corporate Action / Safe Keeping Section - Announcement , Entitlement and Processing of Voluntary Corporate Events like IPO , FPO , Buy Back, Take Over, Rights Issue, Conversion and Non Voluntary Corporate Events like Dividend Interest, ,Bonus, Merger, Demerger, Conversion, Spin Off, Stock Split, and Redemption etc.

- Keep track of Withdrawal / Inward of Physical securities from the custody which are sent outside for Collection of Interest, Demat, Name change etc

- Monitor and update procedures, policies for the corporate Action and Safe Keeping Section.

- Build and maintain good relation with Banks, Companies, Exchange, and Data provider for smooth functioning of activities

- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries, in accordance with customer service norms. Ensure low TAT for all transactions as per service quality standards.

- Generation and dissemenation of timely MIS for the purpose of managerial decision making
