Description:
- This role is responsible for leading the Wealth Management Relationship Team, driving business growth through acquisition and deepening of HNI and Affluent client relationships.
- The incumbent will manage sales performance, ensure high-quality financial advisory, and achieve key business metrics such as Total Relationship Value (TRV) and Assets Under Management (AUM) while maintaining compliance and client satisfaction standards.
Educational Qualification :
Mandatory:
- Graduate from a Government recognized University or Institution.
- MBA (Banking / Finance / Marketing) with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University or Institution.
- Professional certifications such as CFP / CFA / NISM V-A / NISM Investment Advisor / NISM 21-A.
Post-Qualification Experience :
Mandatory:
- Experience as a Team Lead will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Business & Sales Management:
- Acquire, nurture, and grow relationships within the Affluent and HNI client base to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Increase Total Relationship Value (TRV) and Assets Under Management (AUM) through effective client engagement and cross-selling.
Client Relationship Management
- Conduct Financial Needs Analysis (FNA) and Risk Profiling for clients.
- Manage end-to-end client servicing, ensuring timely execution of transactions and consistent portfolio reviews.
- Promote a full suite of financial solutions including Investments, Life & General Insurance, SIPs, and CASA products.
- Strengthen client relationships through household-level acquisition and retention strategies.
Team Leadership & Performance
- Allocate leads and client portfolios effectively among team members.
- Monitor team productivity and ensure adherence to sales and compliance targets.
- Drive product per customer (PPC) penetration across wealth and banking products.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure full compliance with internal systems, processes, and regulatory guidelines.
- Guarantee 100% transaction documentation and same-day client instruction execution.
Branch & Market Development
- Conduct investment and insurance seminars and client awareness programs to promote financial literacy.
- Collaborate with branch teams to enhance client acquisition, cross-sell, and channel migration initiatives.
- Undertake additional assignments as entrusted by the Bank from time to time.
