Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct internal audits, process audits, and reviews to identify areas of improvement in business processes, operations, and controls.

- Develop and implement effective auditing strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute audit plans, including risk assessment, identification of control gaps, and development of recommendations for remediation.

- Provide expert advice on process improvements, risk management, and corporate governance best practices to stakeholders at all levels within the organization.

- Ensure timely completion of assigned audits while maintaining high-quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience: Proven experience in functional auditing, preferably within financial institutions or related sectors.

- Industry Background: Candidates with prior exposure to Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) or the Banking industry will have a significant advantage, given the familiarity with regulatory frameworks and industry-specific risks.

- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a sound understanding of risk management and compliance principles.

- Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, ethical, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
