Head Digital Marketing would be responsible for :  - Increasing organic traffic through the right SEO strategy and execution  - Increase conversion rates through right CRO techniques  - Increase affiliate network acquisition  - Increase ROI on the ad words campaigns.  - Building the digital marketing team  The right person would be having IIT / IIM education and experience in established e-commerce companies having proven results and looking for a pie in the already established startup gearing for growth. The incumbent should be willing to work for larger rewards through the equity scheme in lieu of large fixed compensation.  Significant Sweat Equity would be offered to the right candidate.
