Preferred (not mandatory): Prior experience in : HealthTech, FinTech, or InsurTech domain.

Work Location : Gurugram.

Work Mode : On-Site.

Required Experience : 10 to 12 yrs.

Must Have:


- Proven experience in leading teams and driving business outcomes at a national scale, or at minimum, overseeing 23 large regions with multi-city sales operations.

About the Role:


- The National Sales Manager will lead SaveINs national revenue function, driving customer acquisition, market expansion, and strategic partnerships across healthcare providers and financial ecosystems.

- This role requires a proven leader who has successfully run large sales teams, owned P&L, and scaled businesses in high-growth environments.

- You will be accountable for setting the commercial vision, optimizing revenue performance, designing scalable GTM frameworks, and building a strong, execution-driven sales organization.

- The role demands sharp analytical capability, strong operational discipline, and deep understanding of digital lending/healthcare financing models.

Key Responsibilities:


- Drive end-to-end revenue growth with full P&L ownership across all product lines.


- Develop quarterly/annual revenue plans, forecasts, budgets, and pricing strategies.


- Build, lead, and manage high-performing national and regional sales teams.


- Design and execute GTM strategies for provider onboarding and partner expansion.


- Lead market expansion across healthcare networks.


- Build and manage strategic partnerships with digital and ecosystem partners.


- Establish structured sales processes, CRM discipline, and funnel governance.


- Use data-driven dashboards to track productivity, profitability, and forecast accuracy.


- Collaborate with Product, Credit, Risk, and Operations to ensure seamless execution.


- Ensure regulatory compliance, ethical sales practices, and a performance-driven culture.

Required Experience & Skills:


- 10 - 12 years of senior sales leadership experience in FinTech, HealthTech, or InsurTech.


- Proven success in P&L ownership, revenue delivery, and scaling multi-region teams.


- Strong expertise in GTM design, partner-led acquisition, and market expansion.


- Deep understanding of digital lending, healthcare financing, and provider ecosystems.


- Highly data-driven with strong analytical and operational problem-solving skills.


- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and executive communication abilities.


- Structured, goal-oriented, and effective in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
