Reporting: Co-founder, Chief Growth Officer.

Key responsibilities:

- Devise overall strategy and implementation roadmap for the on-ground sales team including but not limited to partner acquisition, farming, activation, partner engagement, competition mapping and establishing market leadership.

- Program management of the sales team to drive KPIs and stated business objectives.

- Increase productivity of individual sales team, coach, guide and implement new age performance enhancement techniques.

- Own end-to-end implementation of business-critical programs in terms of sourcing and planning of manpower, identification of channels, operational processes etc.

- Conceptualize and run reward and recognition programs for in-house team as well as partners.

- Act as a continuous learning channel for product and operations teams by identifying partner or customer specific trends, insights and drive superior overall proposition.

- Identify, onboard and nurture key account relationships and institutional clients.

Qualifications:

- MBA with 5 - 8 yrs experience in business development/ program management/operations.

- Strong research, analytical skills.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
