About the Company: SaveIN is a Y-Combinator-backed, fast-growing fintech company revolutionizing affordability by offering Pay Later solutions. Based in Gurugram, we are powering a large distribution network with our no-cost EMI products and aim to become Indias #1 Pay Later platform, enabling users to fund their aspirations.

About the Role: This is a strategic and execution-focused leadership role responsible for shaping SaveINs overall brand identity, voice, market perception, and visibility. The role will own the brand charter and drive consistent performance and communication across digital, offline, partnerships, partner branding, and revenue channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy & Architecture

- Define SaveINs long-term brand vision, positioning, and messaging framework.

- Develop a unified brand playbook covering tone, visual identity, narrative, and communication standards.

- Ensure consistency across all customer, partner, and internal touchpoints.

2. Market Visibility & Thought Leadership

- Build strong brand presence across digital platforms, social media, PR, events, and industry forums.

- Lead content strategy and storytelling to establish SaveIN as a credible and trusted brand.

- Drive founder and leadership visibility where relevant.

3. Integrated Marketing & Campaigns

- Conceptualize and execute large-scale brand campaigns (digital + on-ground).

- Design and manage full-funnel marketing initiatives aligned with business goals.

- Drive high-impact launches, partnerships, and sponsorships to enhance brand recall.

4. Growth & Revenue Alignment

- Ensure brand initiatives contribute to lead generation, partner/customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

- Monitor and improve key metrics such as Share of Voice, Organic Growth, Direct Traffic, CAC efficiency, and Brand Recall.

- Build structured marketing dashboards for ROI tracking and performance optimization.

5. Partnerships & Strategic Alliances

- Develop co-branded initiatives with enterprise partners, platforms, and ecosystem players

- Identify sponsorship and collaboration opportunities to amplify brand equity.

6. Cross-Functional & Team Leadership

- Work closely with Sales, Product, Operations, HR, and Leadership to align brand messaging.

- Guide internal teams and external agencies for cohesive brand execution.

- Contribute to employer branding and culture communication initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 8-10+ years of experience in brand and growth marketing.

- Proven track record of scaling brand visibility and driving business-linked outcomes.

- Strong exposure to integrated media planning, digital ecosystems, and partnership marketing.

- Analytical mindset with ability to connect brand strategy to revenue metrics.

- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
