Role Overview:

The Senior Relationship Manager (Sales) will take ownership of client acquisition, real estate advisory, revenue generation, and portfolio management. The role demands strong communication skills, superior negotiation capabilities, and extensive experience in customer-facing real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

- Drive client acquisition through referrals, networking, and lead generation

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate solutions

- Conduct property presentations, walkthroughs, and site visits

- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure

- Build, nurture, and manage long-term client relationships

- Ensure high client satisfaction with timely communication and service excellence

- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and sales targets

- Maintain and update sales reports, CRM entries, and pipeline details

- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and legal teams for seamless transactions

- Stay informed on local real estate trends, pricing, and competitor offerings

Required Skillsets:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities

- Ability to manage high-value clients and large transactions

- In-depth knowledge of real estate processes and market trends

- Strong presentation and relationship-building capabilities

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

- High accountability, target-driven approach, and self-motivation

- Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
