Inculcate and promote culture of safety. Desired Expertise : - Undergraduate/post graduate in Agriculture. MBA will be preferred - 10 to 15 years of experience in seed, agrochemical and fertilizer industry. - Must have experience in managing 50 cr revenue. - Thorough understanding of the market - Well connected and good networking - Strong people management skills. - Strategic Thinker. - Go-Getter. - Good communication skills
