We are looking for passionate and entrepreneurial Product Lead who sees great opportunity and takes great pride in solving real life business problems including wowing the customer with exemplary product experience all with the help of technology. In this role, you will be responsible for setting the Product Roadmap for the company along with providing technical expertise and mentor-ship to Tech team members. You would be propelling the business forward by owning: - The scalability, efficiency and automation of our customized platform that facilitates management of pan India operations. - Mobile app/website and conversions for each (where applicable) for retail customers, corporate customers and for drivers You possess: - The desire to meaningfully impact the business by providing a great experience to the customer - The ability to work closely with our Operations team, our Suppliers and Drivers to ensure efficient adoption of the product enhancements of the platform - The skills to understand where we are and where we should be and chartering the path to connect the two with well thought through steps - And a BE/BTech/MBA degree from a tier 1 college along with a few years of experience in a Product Management role If the above sounds exciting, the first step would be to apply!
