The Role:
Were seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive Savs growth across the GCC. In this role, you will lead acquisition and optimisation across paid channels, manage full-funnel performance strategy, and improve ROI through data-driven experimentation. Youll work closely with Product, Data, and Creative teams to scale user growth, improve conversion, and support product-led expansion. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, analytical, and excited to grow a fast-moving consumer fintech product.
Job Description:
- Lead Savs performance marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, activation, and long-term engagement.
- Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across key platforms including:
Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, YouTube
- Own full-funnel optimization, from creative concepts to landing pages, targeting, bidding, and conversion journeys.
- Build and run structured A/B and multivariate experiments across creatives, audiences, channel mix, and messaging.
- Develop performance-first creative briefs and work with design/UGC partners to scale high-performing assets.
- Manage and optimize budgets using metrics like CAC, ROAS, LTV, and payback period.
- Partner with Product, Data, and Growth teams to drive conversion through CRM, email, push, and in-app journeys.
- Work with analytics and data engineering to refine attribution models and performance dashboards.
- Maintain strong execution discipline across tagging, tracking, reporting, and measurement.
Experience and qualifications:
- 4-7 years of hands-on performance marketing experience within consumer tech, fintech, mobile apps, or subscription products.
- Deep operational experience with Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and one additional paid platform.
- Proven ability to scale spend while maintaining or improving efficiency metrics.
- Experience with performance creatives (UGC, motion, short video, iteration frameworks).
- A bias for ownership, rapid learning, and execution.
