The Role:

Were looking for an Associate Product Manager to help build and scale wealth products at Sav.

Youll work closely with the product and leadership team across the entire product lifecycle - from identifying user problems to launching and improving features used by thousands of users.This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, thinking analytically, and building user-first products in a fast-moving environment.

Job Description:

- Own product features end-to-end - from PRDs and user flows to launch and iteration

- Work closely with design, engineering, growth, and business teams to drive execution

- Talk to users regularly and translate insights into product improvements and new opportunities

- Define success metrics, analyse product performance, and make data-driven decisions

- Run experiments and help improve user activation, engagement, and retention

- Support sprint planning, prioritisation, QA, and release processes

- Conduct market, competitor, and user research to identify areas of improvement

- Leverage AI tools to improve product workflows, analysis, and execution efficiency

Experience and qualifications:

- 1-3 years of experience in product, analytics, engineering, or related roles

- Prior fintech experience is preferred

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Comfortable working with SQL and data

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Bias for action and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

- Genuine interest in personal finance, investing, and consumer fintech products
