The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst with 3-6 years of hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and dashboarding. The ideal candidate will help drive financial insights, support business decisions, and strengthen financial governance across the organization.

Job Description:

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis.

- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, financial statements, and performance analytics.

- Build and manage FP&A dashboards (Power BI/Tableau/Sheets) for real-time financial visibility.

- Support tax, statutory compliance, and audit requirements from a finance standpoint.

- Manage vendor finance processes-invoice tracking, payment coordination, and contract compliance.

- Partner with procurement to optimize costs and ensure accurate financial controls.

- Provide data-driven insights to leadership for strategic and operational decisions.

- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and cross-functional requests.

Experience and qualifications:

- 3 to 6 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, reporting, or related finance roles.

- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, compliance & tax fundamentals.

- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, models).

- Experience with dashboarding tools (Power BI/Tableau/Data Studio).

- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

- Bonus: Experience with vendor finance/procurement processes, ERP systems, and exposure to fast-paced environments (tech/startups).
