Manager - Marketing
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing efforts across digital and traditional channels.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting sales and business growth initiatives.
This role requires a strong combination of creative thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on execution.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, market share, and customer engagement.
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content, email, social media, and offline channels.
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing contentblogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and promotional materials.
- Manage and optimize the company website, SEO/SEM, and lead generation funnels.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead nurturing and conversion strategies.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners, vendors, influencers, and event organizers.
- Organize and manage events, webinars, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5 to 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in executing successful marketing campaigns and driving ROI.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in brand management, content creation, and demand generation.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and performance tracking.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, project management, and team coordination skills
