SATRA Group - Manager - Talent Acquisition

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and strengthen our hiring strategy across business functions. This role requires strong stakeholder management, team leadership, and expertise in hiring for technical and non-technical roles within fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies aligned with business growth plans

- Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning

- Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and niche roles

Hiring & Delivery:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

- Drive hiring across roles in Engineering, Projects, Corporate functions, and support roles

- Ensure quality hiring within defined TAT and cost parameters

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers for requirement alignment

- Provide market insights, hiring trends, and talent availability updates

- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on hiring decisions

Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and manage the Talent Acquisition team

- Set performance metrics and drive team productivity

- Build a high-performance recruitment function

Process & Employer Branding:

- Improve hiring processes, candidate experience, and employer branding initiatives

- Drive usage of recruitment tools, ATS, and data-driven hiring practices

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and hiring standards

Key Requirements:

- 10-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition

- Strong experience in hiring for Infrastructure / EPC / Engineering / Real Estate sectors

- Proven track record in handling bulk and leadership hiring

- Strong stakeholder management and team handling experience

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
