Role: Deputy General Manager (DGM) - Infrastructure Operations
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager to lead large-scale infrastructure operations and ensure efficient project execution, service delivery, and operational excellence. This is a leadership role requiring strong business acumen, team management, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Project Management:
- Oversee end-to-end infrastructure operations and service delivery
- Ensure timely execution of projects with quality and cost control
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance metrics
Business & P&L Management:
- Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and profitability
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational improvements
Stakeholder & Client Management:
- Manage client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless execution
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage large cross-functional teams across locations
- Build a strong leadership pipeline within the organization
Process Excellence & Compliance:
- Implement best practices, SOPs, and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Key Requirements:
- 15-20 years of experience in Infrastructure / Facility Management / Engineering operations
- Strong experience in managing large teams and multi-site operations
- Proven experience in P&L management and business operations
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent stakeholder and client management abilities
Preferred Profile:
- Candidates from EPC, Infrastructure, Real Estate, or Facility Management companies
- Experience handling large-scale operations or multi-location projects
