Role Overview:
As the Social Media Manager at Satiya Nutraceuticals, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. You will work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful online presence. This role directly contributes to the company's growth by building a strong online community and driving traffic to our website and sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's marketing goals to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Create engaging and informative content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram and YouTube, to attract and retain a target audience.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms to build brand recognition.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Analyze social media data and generate reports to track performance, identify areas for optimization, and measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and edit teams to integrate social media efforts with other marketing initiatives to maximize reach and impact.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creation, and performance tracking, to drive leads and conversions.
- Engage with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner to foster a positive brand image and build customer loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies to ensure the company's social media presence remains innovative and effective.
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies to drive organic traffic and generate leads.
Required Skillset:
- Experience: 4-10 years
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies that align with business objectives.
- Proven ability to create engaging and informative content for various social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
