Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Drive revenue growth for the Europcar division across B2B, TMC, corporate, and travel partner segments.
- Identify and acquire new corporate and travel trade accounts; build long-term contractual partnerships.
- Manage RFPs, corporate negotiations, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Develop and implement market penetration strategies to expand domestic and international footprint.
- Strengthen brand positioning through participation in trade events, networking forums, and industry platforms.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective strategies when required.
Account Management & Partnerships:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, TMCs, and travel partners.
- Manage key accounts to ensure retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and international partners for seamless service delivery.
Operations Management:
- Oversee end-to-end car rental operations ensuring service quality, SLA adherence, and operational efficiency.
- Streamline booking processes, vendor coordination, and fleet management to optimize resources.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, global standards, and contractual obligations.
- Monitor operational KPIs, customer satisfaction scores, and implement service improvement initiatives.
Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities:
- Develop annual business plans and budgets aligned with company objectives.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (sales, reservations, operations).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the mobility sector.
- Drive technology adoption and digital booking solutions to enhance customer experience.
Key Requirements:
- 12-18 years of experience in car rental, mobility, or travel industry.
- Proven experience in managing both Sales & Operations functions.
- Strong exposure to corporate sales, TMC partnerships, and international markets.
- Experience handling RFPs, contract negotiations, and revenue growth strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, if required.
Preferred Background:
- Prior experience with global mobility brands (Europcar, Avis, Hertz, etc.) or leading TMCs.
- Strong network within corporate and travel trade ecosystem.

- New account acquisition & retention rate
- Operational efficiency metrics & SLA adherence
- Customer satisfaction & service quality scores
