Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the companys business goals.

- Lead the HR function in driving a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Organizational Development and Change Management:

- Design and lead organizational development initiatives that align with the companys strategic objectives.

- Facilitate the development of a high-performing leadership team, providing coaching and mentoring to executives.

Employee Relations and Culture:

- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and create a positive, inclusive work environment.

- Manage complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to senior leaders.

HR Policy and Compliance:

- Ensure that HR policies and practices are aligned with legal requirements and best practices.

- Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations, providing guidance on employment law matters.

HR Metrics and Reporting:

- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.

- Prepare and present reports to the executive team on HR performance, including key metrics such as turnover, engagement, and diversity.

- Lead initiatives to improve HR processes and systems, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
