Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

- Design and execute business growth strategies across geographies, ensuring revenue and market share expansion.

- Lead go- to- market initiatives and entry into new service lines or geographies aligned with the group vision.

- Drive sales performance and optimize demand conversion across corporate, B2B, and B2C segments.

Sales, Pre- Sales & Program Oversight

- Engage directly with high- value clients during final sales calls to drive closures.

- Monitor and support the pre- sales function- including lead qualification, presentations, and solution fitment.

- Guide the sales and program management teams by analyzing the demand funnel, tracking CRM inputs, and identifying conversion levers.

- Conduct regular assessments of sales efforts, focusing on quality of client- facing presentations and effectiveness of sales strategy.

CRM & Demand Funnel Management

- Oversee CRM implementation and usage (Salesforce, Freshdesk or similar), ensuring accurate tracking of sales activities and target vs. achievement metrics.

- Analyze client funnel data to identify bottlenecks and drive conversion improvements.

- Provide hands- on guidance to sales teams across industry segments and geographies.

Sales & Marketing Execution

- Lead a multi- country sales team (300+ personnel), developing and implementing marketing strategies for both corporate and retail travel.

- Design campaigns and brand positioning for B2B/B2C segments.

- Develop and refine pricing strategies, promotional plans, and digital channel outreach.

Industry & Product Expertise

- Possess in- depth knowledge of travel management companies (TMC) operations, including policy design, budget optimization, supply negotiations, and travel tech platforms.

- Evaluate client travel programs and provide advisory support to maximize value and compliance.

Partnerships & Channel Sales

- Build and manage B2B partnerships, franchise models, and resellers across Africa.

- Create and oversee onboarding, training, and performance monitoring programs for partners.

- Build strategic alliances with airlines, visa partners, and tech solution providers.
