Sasken - Senior Manager - Technical Sales

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Sales Senior Manager to lead enterprise sales strategy, technical solutioning, and revenue growth for our digital capability portfolio. This role blends deep technical understanding of digital transformation with high-level commercial leadership.

You will drive strategic partnerships, develop complex solutions, and position our digital skills offerings-including cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and software engineering training-to enterprise and public-sector clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue & Sales Leadership

- Own and deliver annual revenue targets for Digital Skills business line

- Develop and execute go-to-market strategy

- Lead complex, high-value enterprise sales cycles

- Manage pipeline forecasting and sales performance metrics

- Identify and penetrate new industry verticals

2. Technical Solutioning

- Translate client digital transformation into scalable learning solutions

- Design tailored digital upskilling programs (cloud, AI, DevOps, data, cybersecurity, etc.)

- Partner with delivery teams to ensure technical feasibility

- Lead technical presentations, RFP responses, and solution workshops

4. Stakeholder Management

- Engage C-suite and senior technical leaders (CIO, CTO, CHRO)

- Present business cases and ROI models

- Act as trusted advisor for digital workforce transformation

Required Qualifications:

- 12+ years in enterprise B2B technical sales

- 5+ years in leadership role

- Strong understanding of digital transformation and enterprise technology ecosystems

- Experience selling consulting, professional services, or digital learning solutions

- Degree in technology, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
