Job Summary:

This role demands :

- Facilitate large, complex project planning exercises and meetings across teams

- Manage different and multiple projects at a time and identify risks through cross-functional change management process

- Understand and plan against project priorities

- Understand the product portfolio well, and can help teams break down product requirements into small pieces of work

- Create and maintain end-to-end program plan for a product/platform or set of products and enable delivery of business value

- Eliminate roadblocks as they arise and create program status reports and other communication plan outcomes

- Manage daily, weekly and monthly capacity to ensure work is delivered on time, every time

- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.

- Provide guidance/mentorship to the team through quality technology discussions.

- Takes ownership of their own productivity and ensure it is aligned with team objectives

Eligibility:

- Post Graduate with 6+ years of experience in managing complex projects

- Prior experience in SaaS environment preferred

- Excellent analytical skills and in depth understanding of project management method.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, including leading problem solving teams

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Expertise in Java And SQL

- Knowledge on cloud infrastructure is a plus
