Job Summary: - The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for improving the performance of the organization's employees. - This position assesses company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees. This position actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to recognize, enhance & reward. Job Responsibilities: - Oversee the L&D function's end-to-end activities with the support of the L&D team. - Conduct the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and collaborate with business leaders to establish the company's training requirements. - Develop, design, and implement learning strategies/programs to meet the training needs of the organisation. Create and manage the training calendar as a result. - Work with trainers, business leaders, and domain experts to own the end-to-end implementation of training programmes according to the training calendar. - Identify and collaborate with vendors to implement the leadership team-identified external training programmes. - Create, assess, and document the impact of training programmes with the assistance of facilitators and company executives. - Work with other Support functions (Knowledge Management, Employee Relations) on projects. - Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and oversee the entire training cycle using the LMS. - Increase LMS adoption through various efforts and socialise the LMS through various communication channels. - Assist the L&D team in developing customised learning paths for employees on the LMS and tracking progress against the same. - Collaborate with the leadership team to establish a learning culture in the organisation. - Assist in the Performance Management process by working with internal stakeholders and business executives. Skills And Qualifications: - A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources-related fields such as Performance Management, Career Development, Learning and Development programmes, and Recruitment is required. - Bachelor's/PG degree in relevant field. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office and several Learning Management Systems (LMS). - Previous experience directing the L&D team or specific initiatives within the L&D team. - Current understanding of successful learning and development techniques - Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential preferred. - Demonstrated expertise in Individual performance management is required. - Practical experience in capacity development in the Performance Management field is strongly desired. - Experience in Career Development is highly advantageous. - Practical experience designing programmes and training materials is advantageous. - Performance-based rewards and recognition system experience is an asset.
