About the role: The Finance Manager is responsible for the company's financial strategy, planning and day-to-day operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations. Responsibilities: - Financial strategy & Planning - Create and manage budgets for operational needs and forecast future financial performance. - Operations and Management - Monitor and manage the company's cashflow and capital allocation to maintain solvency and support growth. Produce accurate and timely financial reports and dashboards for internal teams, stakeholders, and investors. - Fundraising and Investor Relations - Lead or support fundraising efforts, develop fundraising materials and negotiate with investors, present financial reports. - Compliance and Risk - Ensure the company complies with all applicable tax, legal, and regulatory requirements. Identify risks & implement mitigation strategies.
