Key Responsibilities

SAP Treasury Leadership & Delivery

- Own solution architecture across Cash Management, Liquidity Management, In-House Cash, Risk Management, and Treasury Analytics.

- Ensure seamless integration of SAP TRM with FI, FSCM, MDG-BP, BTP, and external banking systems.

- Drive best practices for treasury operations, financial instruments, and risk exposure management.

Practice Building & Capability Development

- Define practice strategy, service offerings, and competency roadmaps aligned with S/4HANA and SAP roadmap evolution.

- Develop accelerators, reusable templates, industry-specific solution blueprints, and reference architectures.

- Establish delivery standards, quality frameworks, and governance models for global treasury programs.

Solution Innovation & Advisory

- Lead design of innovative treasury solutions leveraging S/4HANA, BTP extensions, automation, and analytics.

- Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, estimations, proposals, and executive presentations.

- Advise clients on treasury transformation, operating model optimization, and digital finance strategy.

Global Delivery & Stakeholder Management

- Mentor senior consultants, architects, and delivery leads within the treasury practice.

- Engage with senior client stakeholders including CFOs, Treasurers, Controllers, and Finance Heads.

- Ensure delivery excellence, risk mitigation, and financial performance of large SAP Treasury engagements.

Required Experience & Qualifications

Experience

- Minimum 3 full end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Treasury implementations (design to go-live).

- Strong hands-on experience with Treasury operations and financial instruments including cash, debt, FX, derivatives, and risk hedging.

- Proven exposure to FI, FSCM, SAP BTP, and MDG-BP integrations.

- Prior experience in consulting, system integration, or global delivery leadership roles.

Skills & Expertise

- Strong understanding of global treasury processes, compliance, and risk frameworks.

- Experience designing scalable, global SAP Treasury solutions.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.

- Ability to lead large teams and drive transformation initiatives.

Education

- SAP certifications in S/4HANA Finance or Treasury preferred.
