SAP TM Functional Role

Description:

- 10+ years' experience in SAP Transportation Management with at least one implementation

- Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation operations, including trucking, rail, and shipping

- Hands-on experience in inbound/outbound shipments, optimization and planning, vehicle scheduling, execution, freight settlement, and LSP planning

- Functional expertise in solution design, implementation, testing, and SAP ERP-SAP TM integration

- Experience in business requirement gathering, functional specifications, configuration, and integration

- Involved in multiple global supply chain deployments, including functional cutover and coordination with business stakeholders

- Experience in Freight Settlement lifecycle, including:

- Charge calculation

- Charge profiles, rate tables, and condition setups

- Freight cost distribution

- Settlement document creation and posting

- Strong understanding of Freight Settlement Documents (FSD) and Freight Settlement Orders (FSO)

- Hands-on experience in dispute handling, settlement corrections, and reversals

- Validation of settlement outputs against business and carrier contracts

Integration Experience :

- Strong expertise in SAP TM-FI/CO integration, including:

- Freight cost posting to FI

- Accruals and settlement postings

- GL account determination and tax integration
