Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding & Recruitment Consultant with strong expertise in onboarding implementations and recruitment system design.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience configuring onboarding workflows, integrating onboarding with recruitment modules, and ensuring compliance with organisational policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure onboarding templates and integrate them with recruitment modules.

- Design and manage onboarding workflows and process automation.

- Ensure onboarding processes comply with organisational policies and applicable legal guidelines.

- Conduct training sessions for end users on SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding functionality.

- Provide post-go-live support and stabilisation.

- Address onboarding-related configuration requests and troubleshoot system issues.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimise onboarding workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in onboarding implementations and recruitment system design.

- SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding certification is mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of onboarding workflows and process automation.

- Experience integrating onboarding with recruitment modules.

- Understanding of HR policies and compliance requirements.

- Experience in configuration, implementation support, and post-go-live activities
