
Your Tasks:
- IT Inhouse responsibility for the compensation / remuneration process.
- Management of global IT projects in the area of compensation (Annual Compensation Cycle, Global Payroll, Spot Award, H4S4 upgrade.)
- Comprehensive advice to our internal stakeholders regarding the optimal mapping of processes on the system and process side.
- Technical configuration in the modules SF COMP, SF PMGM, SF Story Reports, SF EC.
- Proactively dealing with innovations and new tools and contributing ideas for improvements.
Your Profile:
- Several years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors (COMP, PMGM, EC)
- Experiences in Reports especially Story Reports.
- Experience in managing global HR IT projects.
- Structured and analytical way of working.
