
Role Overview:
As an SAP SuccessFactors EC Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation, configuration, and support of the Employee Central (EC) module within the SAP SuccessFactors suite. You will work closely with clients, internal project teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful deployment of EC to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) for clients, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Gather and analyze client requirements, translating them into functional specifications and technical designs for the EC module.
- Configure and customize the EC system, including organizational structures, workflows, business rules, and data models.
- Provide guidance and support to clients during testing, training, and go-live phases of the EC implementation.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with other SAP SuccessFactors module leads (e.g., Compensation, Performance Management) to ensure seamless integration and data flow across the platform.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases and features, providing recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EC functionality, providing ongoing support to clients and end-users.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and training materials.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live.
- Proven expertise in configuring and customizing the EC module, including organizational structures, workflows, business rules, and data models.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in data migration and integration between SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
- Dgree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Adaptability to work in a hybrid or on-site environment, depending on project requirements and client location (Kolkata, Delhi NCR, Bangalore).
