SAP Success Factors Technical Consultant

Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)

Experience: 7-15 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Payroll implementations and support projects.

- Configure, customize, and optimize EC and Payroll functionalities as per business requirements.

- Integrate SuccessFactors with SAP HANA and other relevant modules.

- Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Handle issue resolution, change requests, and system enhancements.

Requirements:

- Strong SAP experience with focus on SuccessFactors (Employee Central & Payroll).

- Hands-on experience in SAP HANA environments preferred.

- Proven track record in implementation, rollout, and support projects.
