- Strong experience in SuccessFactors Reporting - Good experience in People Analytics, Canvas reports and Story reports - SuccessFactors Reporting Certification (People Analytics or ORD) - Good to Have - Strong Implementation/support experience with SuccessFactors Reporting ( At least 3 implementation project and 1 support project) - Experience in IAS and IPS - Good to Have - Good understanding of SF Modules. - Able to work on complex reports. Ability to understand and work with large volumes of data - Manage confidentiality of data - Provide reporting support on projects and requests - Stakeholder management and comms skills.
