Roles & Responibilities:
- 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP ECP, specifically with Australia Payroll.
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, taxation, superannuation, and leave policies.
- Configure and support SAP ECP for Australia Payroll, including wage types, payroll schemas, and rules.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring compliance with Australian tax and labor laws.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver payroll solutions aligned with business needs.
- Experience with DRM (Data Replication Management) and integration between EC and ECP.
- Handle data replication between Employee Central (EC) and ECP, including troubleshooting DRM errors.
- Perform system testing, UAT, and post-go-live support.
- Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and issue resolutions.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing payroll systems.
- Stay updated with SAP release updates and apply relevant changes to ensure system compliance.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in EC or ECP is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
