Role Overview:
Lead and support SAP SD processes across implementation and support projects in S/4HANA environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support SAP SD modules including Order to Cash (OTC).
- Handle end-to-end SD implementation and post-go-live support activities.
- Work on pricing, billing, shipping, credit management, and output determination.
- Integrate SAP SD with MM, FI, and other SAP modules.
- Support business users with issue resolution and process optimization.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and testing.
- Prepare functional specifications and support technical developments.
- Ensure system compliance with business and audit requirements.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
- Successful delivery of SD implementation and rollout milestones.
- Stable and efficient Order-to-Cash processes.
- Reduced incident resolution time and improved user satisfaction.
- Accurate configuration aligned with business processes.
- Timely closure of support tickets and change requests.
Required Skillsets:
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD and S/4HANA.
- In-depth knowledge of Order-to-Cash business processes.
- Experience in pricing, billing, and delivery processes.
- Exposure to SAP SD integration with FI and MM.
- Experience in implementation, rollout, and support projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skillsets:
- Domain experience in Retail industry.
- Experience working in fast-paced, on-site environments.
- Ability to support immediate business requirements.
