Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute end-to-end SAP SD module activities, including configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.
- Work closely with business users to understand Order-to-Cash (OTC) process requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure key SD functionalities such as:
- Pricing, Billing, Shipping, and Delivery processes
- Sales Order Management, Credit Management, and Output Determination
- Intercompany Sales, Third-Party Orders, and Consignment Processes
- Perform SAP SD configuration and customization in line with best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with MM (Materials Management), FI (Finance), and PP (Production Planning) modules.
- Utilize ABAP debugging skills to identify and resolve technical issues in collaboration with development teams.
- Handle master data setup (Customer Master, Material Master, and Customer-Material Info Records).
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including Functional Specifications (FS), Business Process Documents (BPD), and Configuration Rationales.
- Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new implementations or enhancements.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure business continuity.
- Participate in SAP rollout, upgrade, and support projects as needed.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and company policies.
- Support users through training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live stabilization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD Consultant in implementation and support environments.
- Strong functional knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process and SD submodules.
- Expertise in Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Delivery, and Credit Management configuration.
- Good understanding of Sales Document Types, Item Categories, and Schedule Line Categories.
- Proficiency in integration points between SD and other modules (MM, FI, PP).
- Ability to debug ABAP code to identify and analyze functional issues.
- Experience in preparing Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and WRICEF specifications.
- Hands-on experience with user exits, enhancements, and IDocs in the SD process flow.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA SD or exposure to RISE with SAP / GROW with SAP environments.
- Knowledge of E-invoicing, Taxation, and Global Trade processes.
- Experience working with multi-country implementations and localization requirements.
- Understanding of ATP, Pricing Conditions, and Rebates Management.
- Familiarity with EDI/IDoc integration and third-party logistics (3PL) interfaces
